- Profile picture — JPEG only, under 10 MB.
- Username — can be changed exactly once, so choose carefully. First/last name are freely editable.
- Email address — cannot be changed in-app (shown read-only with its Verified badge). Contact support if you truly need to move accounts.
- Mobile number — changeable with SMS re-verification.
- Password — available for email/password accounts only (Google/Apple sign-ins have no password here).
There is no self-serve account deletion — email support@traderframe.io to delete your account and data.
Email preferences
Toggle each category and hit Save:- Trade Executions — a bot or copy trade executed
- Performance Summaries — reports, risk alerts, and goal-pause notices
- Security Alerts — logins, credential failures, broker disconnections
- New Features & Releases / Platform Tips
- Trader Updates — traders you follow or copy
